I am possibly missing a part-there is no way to hook a garden hose up to the pressure washer. The instructions are short and not very clear. The page shows it is eligible for product support but none is available.

If you attach the battery and are not getting suction/water, connect it to a hose with a pressurized water source (eg. Garden hose). This will 'clear' it. Works well, decent pressure.

I use it to wash my car without having to pull out the full power pressure washer and having to connect a hose to it. Only thing I dislike about it is the hose is quite stiff (easy to pull the weighted water I take part out of the bucket) so I went and out and bought a silicon tubing for it.
