Used to attract health, happiness, love, and abundance in Feng Shui, Lucky Bamboo adds a bold note to indoor decor and it can be grown without planting in soil – just submerge in water and pebbles, gravel, marbles, or even colorful gels.

It comes in an endless variety of arrangements, including twists and curls – and this heart shape sold by Costa Farms. This heart-shaped Lucky Bamboo ships in a red, ready-to-decorate Valentine ceramic container that's topped with decorative rock.

This slow-growing houseplant grows well on desks and tabletops, making it a fun addition to your office, school, or home. Because lucky bamboo typically grows in water, you can personalize yours by putting it in watertight container you wish – secure the stems in place with marbles, stones, or other materials.

Place Lucky Bamboo in low or medium light for best results, and protect it with a sheer curtain to diffuse very bright light. Lucky bamboo is happiest when you keep the stems submerged in water. If you use fertilizer, use one that is designed for aquatic plants and follow the directions on the fertilizer package.

If your lucky bamboo outgrows its container, you can easily transfer it to a larger container. Pack in pebbles, stones, or other materials to help keep the stems upright.

Grown by Costa Farms, a family-owned farm based in Miami, Florida that grows more than 1,000 varieties of high-quality plants for in and around your home.

Not as expected. I realize Costa Farms selected a healthier plant rather than shown, so their is disappointment.

I absolutely love this plant. It is much bigger than the picture. All the plants I get from Costa are so healthy and thriving and usually arrive quickly and without too much damage in shipping.

You could tell UPS did not read the "this side up" sign, and all of the pebbles that were supposed to be in the plant were all dumped all over the place. Maybe the pebbles need to be put in a separate bag so that they don't go all over the package. Plant was alive and was beautiful. I am pleased with the plant, just not the delivery.

This purchase ended up being a complete disaster. First it got lost during delivery. It ended up a few towns over so I didn’t receive it when I should've. This is not the sellers fault but a delivery error. About 8 days later it arrived on my door step. The box was still in good condition and was not damaged. The plant was still protected. Because this was a gift, I didn’t open it until I gave it to the person. Upon opening it, I noticed it was just straight sticks of bamboo. It’s not in a twisty design like it states and is shown in their pictures. I was so embarrassed this is what they sent. The Person wasn’t thrilled in the slightest. The only reason I bought this was bc of the design and I knew they’d love it because it’s unique. It definitely should be noted in the description that’s what we’d get. If I had known this, I would’ve bought from another seller or from the store. Needless to say, ALWAYS OPEN things first to check the quality. That was my mistake, lesson learned. Now I feel like I have to replace this one with a different one. Their face said it all when they opened it. Even tho this was a disaster, I will say that the company did a great job packaging the plant. Everything was intact, and secured and wrapped up so the Little Rock’s didn’t fall out everywhere. It was also watered pretty good so it wasn’t too dry. I just really wish the outcome of the design was as described. I would’ve given them 5 stars instead of 2.

My plant arrived in very good condition. The leaves don’t have any browning at all. It was wrapped so it would be secure and warm in the cold weather during shipping. The bamboo was braided and looked very nice as well. I was reluctant about getting a plant through the mail but I’m glad it paid off.

The packaging was superb and the plant arrived healthy and thriving. The twists are so cool I love to just look at it. No yellow or dead leaves upon arrival or since it has been out on the plant stand. The pot is nice and sturdy, which is good cause I’m not the best at repotting plants. 😊 We can’t wait to watch this beautiful plant grow ~ definitely worth the price

The plant I received is not woven, which is the only reason I purchased it. It’s straight. I can’t train it myself because mine is only 6 stalks, not eight as shown. If you flip thru the five pictures, only one shows a straight plant and it’s next to the woven plant that’s in all of the other pictures. And if you read carefully thru the page it says they “do their best to select plants that look like the picture” but they don’t guarantee it. This information isn’t under the product description. It’s buried way down the page under “Enjoy the Beauty of Lucky Bamboo.” In my opinion, this vendor is deceptive to the point of being unethical. Amazon should remove them. Not only do they misrepresent the product, but YOU CAN’T RETURN IT. So they lie about what you are purchasing and then you are stuck with it. Shame on you Costa Farms.Update: I have discovered that the provided ceramic pot does not have drainage holes. This type needs to be grown in water or well drained soil. It cannot survive in a pot without proper drainage holes. I assume that Costa Farms knows this and is keeping their costs down by providing a cheap pot.
