Perfect size and color It was nice to be able to use a personalized picture on the banner with your own words It was sturdy and a great price for the product I tried to get a banner done locally and they wanted over a hundred dollars for something similar And it came ahead of time so I took a chance and ordered it It arrived two days before I really needed itThanks so much

I submitted a customized order of the image on the evening of October 19. But then I realized the next morning that I made a mistake so I requested to change it and submitted a corrected image to replace the first one I submitted just the night before. The package came one day late. I wouldn't have mind if I have gotten the correct order or if my request had been granted.... but it was NOT. Furthermore, the banner I received has very dull color as if they didn't have enough ink to use. The fabric is made of very poor quality. I paid so high for the shipping but the product was delivered a day late.
