Well, my 2017 RAM 2500 hit 67,500miles during a road trip and I was presented with a "perform service" message on the cluster. Not very informative, but a little research showed that one of the things that needs to be done is to replace the crankcase ventilation (CCV) filter. Good replacement part and looks just like my OEM part. The installation is super easy if you have a few simple hand tools and are good with working on your own vehicle. Save a lot of money by doing it yourself and avoiding the dealer.

Purchased two of these for two of my 2016 International 4300 box trucks. Both truck drove about 2 miles and then RED stop engine immediately. Got Crankcase pressure issue. Drove trucks back slowly to parking yard. Looked at filters and both were bone dry no oil anywhere in those filters. Brand new white material inside them, no oil. I compared them to a brand new Fleetguard. The rubber fittings are a little narrow. Wonโt allow the filters to seat properly.I dodged a bullet.
