How to read the meter?
The 1st digit from the right has a multiplier of 100 gallons.
If you see 001234 on the digits, it is 123400 gallons.
The 1st dial under the digits has a multiplier of 10 gallons. The 2nd dial under the digits is in gallon.

Cloud Metering for Water

For existing building, hard to draw cable between AMR130AN and CC2030, please choose 1 AMR130-RN KIT + 1 CC2030 KIT + 1 WSC500A to connect them wirelessly.
For remotely monitoring a water meter in an area without power like the one in the farm, please choose CC2030 KIT+AMR130RB+WSC500A to connect Battery-Powered AMR130RB (close to water meter) and CC2030 (close to your router) wirelessly.

For monitoring up to 16 water meters remotely with cell phone, PC and generate billing report, you will just need 1 AMR KIT + 1 CC2030 KIT.

For existing building, hard to draw cable between AMR (close to water meter) and CC2030 (close to your router), please choose 1 AMR KIT + 1 CC2030 KIT+ 2 WSC500 RF Converters to connect them wirelessly.
Back Flow Prevention Valve
You must have back-flow-prevention valve in your piping system, or the reading of CO-10, Cell phone/PC may be more than the reading of water meter due to the backflow. Non-Return-Valves (like NRVMJ-200 for MJ-200) are available in DAE Controls Website, an inexpensive backflow prevention valve to be installed at the outlet of water meter.
UL2464 Shielded Twisted Pair Cable with Drain Wire, 24 AWG
To securely transfer metering data for DAE Cloud Metering Solutions on Water, please use UL2464 cable to extend connection between water meters (have about 4 ft pulse cable) and AMR130AN, or reading of Cell phone/PC may be more than the reading of meter due to exterior interference. With UL2464 cable, connection between meter, AMR130AN can be extended at least 328 ft, and at least 2000 ft between CC2030 and AMR130AN.

I got this for the pulse capability to detect leaks using a microcontroller.I never verified the accuracy and haven't used the pulse. The plan is to report back when that happens.It's still working after several years, which is what I would expect.

Very high quality for the price. It also has a feature where you can do remote monitoring if you have a Wi-Fi connection at the site (which I don’t). My plumber installed it for me outdoors and I’m very pleased with this meter. I at first ordered the wrong meter and I was able to get in touch with JJ at DAE Controls to cancel the order before it shipped. He also confirmed the right one that I needed.

The meter was shipped promptly and very well packaged. Unfortunately, we broke the plastic lense cover during installation. The seller came to our rescue and sent us one promptly. Thank you very much. This is the second 2-inch meter we have purchased from them and are very satisfied.

Good solid meter, I used this with a The Log-Alert WiFi water metering system connects to any pulse water meter on the market and sends the data to our free online cloud system. The purchaser receives an easy to use web dashboard where the water meter data is shown via pulse and gallons over time graphs. The meter data can be downloaded to an excel format file via electable time frames. Adjustable alerts can be sent via email or text to the user(s) for flows that get out of range.

not being knowledgeable about water meters the communication with the seller was easy and informative. all of my questions were answered promptly thru multiple emails and was directed to the proper meter for our community water well as i was about to purchase the wrong type. i haven't installed it as of yet but it appears to be of as high quality as the old one that i am replacing that has been in use for more than 30 years. the price was much less than what the outfit that services our well. so far 5 stars.
