I usually have a hard time finding things that fit. I'm 6' 250 lbs. 36" waist and 54" chest and size 13 shoes. I ordered an XL and the fit is almost perfect, I was really surprised. I've only used them once but no issues yet. For the price these really cant be beat.

Except for the stocking foot lacking form and oversized, and gravel guard being too short, they performed well, at first. But, in the first season leaked where stocking foot attached, both sides, at once.

Get the next size up from whatever size wader you normally wear if you’re a bigger built person. For $85 these are definitely surprisingly durable (at least seem that way through first use). I wear XL in all other wader brands (6’, 250lb - “athletic dad bod”). The fit in the feet and legs are actually perfect, but the dad belly and my broad upper half barely fit into the top half with only a hoodie on, it’s going to be real tight with a coat on but I’ll make it work. I would order XXL if doing it again, just to get the extra chest space, and deal with the extra foot/leg material. Overall, I’m ok with them. Have owned several hundred dollar pairs of simms, redington, etc and none hold up longer than a season/aren’t what they were 10 years ago and longer. Figured if the expensive ones are made cheap anyway, might as well just try these cheap ones out and they can’t be any worse. We’ll see how long they hold up.

I'm 6', 180lbs with an athletic build. My normal pants are 32" waist and 34" inseam and shoe size is a 12. I very seldom get stuff to fit my body measurements this well. Normally if something fits my waist, it's too short in the legs and if it fits my legs it's normally too baggy around the waist. These honestly couldn't fit any better. There's room to layer underneath without looking like a blimp. Even the neoprene feet fit well and are very comfortable. Bought a pair of wading boots as well and the neoprene stocking foot fits great inside of them without being too bulky. My only test has been in a filled up bathtub since I just got them today but no leaks so far. Quality seems good so I hope they last.

This product is exactly as described. They are designed for heftier people to get the right stocking size I ended up with an xl for the size 11.5 foot. I don't, mind the extra room due to my need to use extra layers come winter. It allows me to keep my nice warm clothing nice and dry. In warmer weather it is a massive change from the old neoprene waders I had been using the past 10 years, finally not feeling on the verge of heat stroke by the time I get to my hunting spot and set all the decoys out. They help me stay light on my feet and don't hinder my movement when I need to change positions. They are nice and light, the pocket is a nice addition it keeps my keys safe and accessible. The material doesn't collect mud or hold onto water, I am thrilled with less mess in my car. The built in boot covers are a really nice feature boots no longer full of mud sand or gravel.

I ordered the mens size 8 boot. I am relatively small person 5'5" 160 lbs with a size 8 shoe and a 7.5" foot size. These wader boots fit great. I think these may be too long for anyone shorter than 5'2" as the straps may not provide enough pull up. They fit me fine and made me look like a real fisherman....which is what I was shooting for...well not entirely. I wore them 9 straight days wading in streams and in lakes up to my chest. I experienced no leaks or signs of wear and they are now hanging on the nice hanger provided in my closet. I was grateful to find this pair of waders for the low price point and quality and performance that enabled me to fish in comfort for this relatively rare event. I did not want to spend a ton of money on expensive boots that might not be used again before dry rot sets in. If your looking for a low investment with good functionality and looks, this is the one for you.

I purchased the nylon/pvc boot waders by Dark Lightning and decided to send them right back. They didn’t allow very good movement and they were extremely hot. The shoulder straps wanted to try to slip off my shoulders unless I tightened them so much that they gave me a wedgie. These waders have none of those problems. They allow great movement, seem to be very breathable and the shoulder straps are elastic and in a much better position. There is a night and day difference between the two. The front pocket is fairly large and the hand warmer material is very nice. The mesh on the front is not stretchy, but it seems to be ok.I will update my posting after my fishing trip this week. I will be hiking several miles and sometimes in rough terrain. It should be a good test. So far I would absolutely recommend this product. I am 6’2” 230 pounds size 13 foot and the extra large fit perfectly.Update:I am very happy with the waders. They performed very well. No leaks and very comfortable. I did hike up and down the river for about three miles at a time and that exertion made me sweaty, but I was not overly sweaty. I went through thick brush and they held up great. I loved the hand warmer pocket. Really I don’t have any negative comments about them. They seem very durable. Time will tell.
