When molded these create a snug fit and don't fall out. I was looking for a mouthguard that wouldn't make me gag and I could use for jiu jitsu. I tried a few others before this one and didn't like them. Glad to have found these.

Fit great over my daughter's braces! It was easy to mold and is very comfortable. We went with the kids size, although she's 12, and it was a good decision.

Didn't really realize how uncomfortable my old mouth guard was until I wore this one. Breathable, comfortable, easy to mold but doesn't get out of shape when wearing multiple times a week, which happens before if it was easy to mold. Using it for jiujitsu and Muay Thai

I really like this mouthpiece because it adjust base to your teeth measure. The instructions are thorough and clear, so it’s difficult to get confused.I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a mouth guard for sparring.

After trying many other products, I find this one as the best mouth guard I had so far. Fits easily, works well, and the case's quality is above average.

My 10 year old and I tried to mold these mouth guards several times. Then we went to the next one and had the same issues, it didn't form to his teeth like it should and it was way too big. (Mind you this is the youth size) we tried it for his football practice and he could hardly keep it in his mouth. Total waste of money. Purchased something else

The guard itself works well and can be moulded. However there's nothing to attach it to a helmet so gets lost pretty quickly with a youth hockey player.

I ride hyper-sport motorcycles and I have a nasty habit of clenching my teeth while I ride, especially in the twisties-such that after less than a hour my head is pounding and my jaw aching. This fixed all that and then some. The guard fits your teeth very close-like second skin close. It is not the big bulky things you see pro-ball players use. It is surprisingly thin, but very resilient. The initial fitment was fairly straight forward-but I botched it on the first try. No worries though, just followed the instruction of wrapping in a damp paper towel and back into the microwave. Second time was perfect. Solid feel but not obtrusive. A friend recommended swishing some ice water after I was happy with the fit. Is it required? I don't think so, but I thought it couldn't hurt. I took it in to my dentist at my last checkup and she gave a good going-over (she has a specialty in sports medicine-so I trust her judgement). She commented on how thin it was and then checked the hardness value with some gizmo she has-she said it was just like what she fits to the local University football team. She was impressed with how well it molded to my teeth commenting that "I can't believe you fitted this yourself at home..." "I just followed the directions..." I said. She did say she had her reservations about using this for heavy contact sports (football) but in the same breathe had never seen are guard this thin. I think it is worth the price of admission...and you get two inserts so when/if you do wear one out you have a spare. I've ridden hard with it these past 6 months and it feels the same as day 1.

I ordered this in hopes of finding a new mouthguard for rugby that didn’t feel so bulky. I had a bit of trouble with moulding. I followed the microwave instructions multiple times but the mouthguard wasn’t getting soft enough to shape. I ended up boiling some water in a kettle and then submerging the mouthguard for 20 seconds, then moulding from there. After shaping, I left the mouthguard in cold water over night and it had shrunk/thickened by morning in time for my game. It held up so well all game, and felt barely there. I was nervous it wouldn’t be enough protection because it felt so comfortable but it withstood multiple hard tackles and hits to the face. The fit is also great. Just placed another order in another colour.This will be my new go-to from now on.

I gave one to my son and his friend. They are so easy to set and they stay in. They both said it’s the best mouth guard they’ve used so far.

I use this for sparring. So far so good. I used hot water to mild mine and the classic thumb sucking technique.Like the way it clips into my top teeth so I don’t have to even think about it when fighting. Breathing with it is OK. One of the better mouth guards I’ve tried.

These are perfectly priced and much easier to shape to my kids mouth. The only issue is keeping up with them. My son lost both during a football game. Would be nice if there was a small strap to attach to the helmet...other than that they are great.
