None of these work on any of our Toto toilets. We purchased for a remodel and couldn’t install them until now, so we missed the 30 day return window and now we’re stuck with $130 of product we can’t use. When I tried delta customer service they said it’s for Amazon to handle, but they can’t help either. Also received a broken towel ring in the same order. So, about $200 spent on delta that’s trash.

The toilet handle is nice and matches the rest of the Saylor finishes, but… I can’t use it. The piece that attaches to the chain inside is quite large and clunky. Sadly, due to its size, it sits on top of the float in the tank, and can’t be adjusted off. (See photo- you can adjust the angle of the straight part, but the curved portion is fixed). Past my return period, so money down the drain.

Genuine delta product, looks great with trinsic line, true champagne bronze!! Plumber installed for us no issues.Took one star off because it arrived with a scratch.

This is a fairly solid product, but the internal design of the product results in just a tiny bit of looseness of the handle assembly. After attaching this standard toilet flush handle to my standard toilet, the shaft mechanism (located inside the toilet tank) that attaches to the external handle has a little back-and-forth play in it causing the entire handle to jiggle just a bit after all assembly is completed. The handle was installed according to the directions and quadruple checked. I tried to correct the problem by placing small washers in various places on assembly, but nothing worked. The looseness doesn't affect the flushing function. I expected a better product.

I bought all the matching pieces when we redid our bathroom. This lever was easy to install on the toilet and looks great.
