Let me start off by saying, I am a college student and picked up this in my mail room. The dental explorer was literally not even in the plastic packaging that details the care & handling and other information about the tool. When I got my package, the tool literally came right out onto the floor. It broke through the white and blue amazon bubble package. Overall, I think it is quite skeptical that it literally was not in the first packaging from the brand, but also it literally fell out of my package. I think there needs to be a better design regarding the packaging, maybe utilize a box instead of the bubble mailers. Additionally, I just think you should be cautious about cleaning the tool consider it was just floating around in my amazon package.
