This is a case of getting what you pay for. I had previously ordered a cheaper version of these pliers that I had to return because the quality was so poor that it would not function correctly. These pliers' fit and finish is excellent and it works perfectly. Worth every penny.

It is an easy to handle clamp, it is soft when opening and closing it. I use it to place ligatures on orthodontic patients. I would buy it again!

I ordered this when my boys got their braces, to assist them with putting the rubber bands on in the back of their mouths, since they don't seem to have to have the manual dexterity to do it with their fingers. It works great! They got it first shot! Definitely recommend!

I work for several dental offices and some of their instruments are old and barely work, I bought one to check it out, wasn’t expecting much of it because of the price, and because all of the reviews were coming from people that might not use them as often as I would. Compared to what you pay for brand name pliers through dental suppliers, they didn’t disappoint. Some of my dentists have asked where I bought them and have shared the link to this product.I have used and sterilized at least a hundred times and they’re still holding pretty great.

My metal ligature tie snapped and I am not scheduled to see the orthodontics for another week. I ordered this tool a few days ago and I have managed to replace the band to contain the tie. The tool made it easy to manipulate the tie as well as place the bands on the brackets--definitely a lifesaver!
