The product turns yellow and has black spot after couple of months of owning this so be careful.

There are several products from Handbag Spa that are the absolute best on the market (another is the Pure Hydrate product - it’s unbelievable at getting out scratches on lambskin). But here is THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP WHDN USING THESE PRODUCTS:DO NOT OVER HYDRATE YOUR BAGUse these products one at a time, and wait 24 hours before using the next product. This holds true for any leather care product by any brand, actually. So if you cleanse your bag first with Dermo Cleanse, for example, DO NOT apply the Pure Hydrate or the Dermo Protect until the next day. If you layer the products immediately there is a very good chance your bag will dull down to a matte finish, and it’s very hard to get the sheen back. Little tip: if you do lose the sheen, people have had luck at least partially restoring the original look and feel of the bag by carefully applying heat to the bag (using a hair dryer or even a heat gun on a low setting).So I recommend this protect 100% but just apply it in moderation and wait a day before layering another product on top of it. If you do, your results should be incredible.

I bought this product from their website, after 3 weeks of going back and forth with terrible customer service I recieved the order. I wish I never did. It dulled and changed the texture of my Chanel classic flap. I used it on the bottom first as a tester spot, when I used the cleanse with the cleaning clothes they sell I noticed dye coming off, desperate to try to add back moisture I used a little of the hydrate. Needless to say now the texture and shine of my bag on the bottom is completely different. If you do yourself ANY favors, do NOT use this garbage on your expensive handbags!!!! I emailed the company to let them know what happened and requested to return for a refund, which isn't asking much considering the damage it did :( and they have been extremely rude and said they will not refund me. This brand is an absolute SCAM. Learn from my mistake. The photo of the bottom is the fall out of these products. The second photo is the front and is how shiny and smooth the leather was prior to use.
