I just received the item, and there is no indication in bold or in the item listing that it comes without a battery. Upon further inspection, I noticed a small note in the description below the photo, title, and subtitle stating "W/O Battery," which I find misleading.

I use this polish to diamond and polish marble tops freaking g love it. The only thing is u gotta use 5amp batteries or six amp flex volt works great and have a rapid charger

Works great for buffing/polishing cars. Did 2 of my cars and headlights. It's a big head in my opinion so it can be a handful at times to control. 2 AH batteries drain very quickly so you should invest in a couple 4 AH batteries if you don't have some already. Great price on Amazon, cheapest one I could find. Showed up next day with regular shipping! I would recommend adding this tool if you want to do paint correction and if you have a DeWalt setup already.

Worth every penny, I am usually using a buffer 2-3 times a week buffing headlights, or scratches, new paint etc… no longer do I need to worry about having the car near an outlet. 4ah batteries last pretty long, if you have 3-4 batteries and two chargers you can buff all day long.

Works great, too expensive because it's Dewalt but I have other cordless Dewalt tools so didn't need to buy batteries with this one.

A politriz é fácil de usar e funciona muito bem. É potente, e talvez exija uma bateria de maior capacidade. Mas é uma Dewalt. Muito boa.

Great tool to ditch the cord throwing and kicking plus don't have to worry about cord wrapping around your neck and or hands. Very happy with how sturdy and balanced it is with a 5ah battery however the thing is that to take your time you will need a bigger battery. I also bought a 9ah flex volt and that give me all the time I need for any size from a 2 door car to a 4 door long bed truck. The plug-in model still has more raw power and speed correct control but this has been a good game changer. I also used the cordless Milwaukee which is good too but it is very annoying from it's high pitch sounds plus just lacks alil power compaired. Just get the 10ah 20v dewalt battery or the 9ah flex volt 20v/60v so you're not messing around and changing from one 5ah to another one about half way around a car. Done about 40 vehicles with this now and liking it.
