The arm is very high quality, that being said..........I thought it came with the stand....I can see now that I read it, that its just the attachment. I will be more careful in the future. I really don't think I would have paid 30 bucks for it by itself, but I will NOT buy the 100 dollar stand, I will make my own thank you.

There is nothing that says the stand is separate. So I checked the price of a stand as well. Try $100 for about $10 in materials and 30 min worth of work? I don't think I will be buying the stand.
