I was initially happy with this device. Then, the computer simply quit within seven months of usage. Customer service was unresponsive until the third attempt to contact. I had to send the dead computer back for another $20 with a dead drive that may or may not have had recoverable information at their end before I could receive any consideration for a replacement. Now, the customer service hub is not in existence and has 'moved' based on the mailing attempts to contact. I am horribly disappointed. This is my worst Amazon experience yet. Too bad zero stars is not an option.

Great customer service!Thank you for taking the time to figure it out and come to a resolution that we are both happy with.Original Post:This item was extremely overpriced, and at that cost, it should have been brand new. The plastic wrapping was resealed, and the security sticker on the side of the box was already cut open! Moreover, it heats up significantly just during setup. I am thoroughly disappointed with this purchase.However, it did turn on and is working properly as far as I can tell.

This my second mini computer and I couldn't be more pleased with this one, though I think it has a silly name. The price is right and my crowded desktop appreciates its compact footprint. It is heavy enough to stay in place and has feet to allow circulation without a trivet underneath and runs cooler generally than its predecessor. It needs a USB extender for all the doodads to fit, currently keyboard, mouse, speakers and microphone. There is an HDMI port for the monitor. It came with Windows 11 and seems to respond faster than my laptop, for which W 11 was an upgrade.

I got this to sub as my main because I VM'ed my main machine with other things on it. I have this set with 3 32" monitors, USB Hub, and I am using for work have security camera's pulled up and 3 other tabs, these kept maxing my processor out at 100% so I changed it to best performance and had they same issue. Don't get me wrong it's a nice little setup but don't by it because you think it will sub as a heavy workstation because it won't. It is nice for what it is. It will cruise the internet, get your email and run some light duty games but don't expect much.

We were very apprehensive about purchasing these tiny boxes that claimed to be computers for our business. We have now had 3 of them running for about 6-9 months. They do not have a dvd or cd reader but otherwise they work wonderfully for our offices. We use Quickbooks online and most of our info is stored on OneDrive. They all run great off of either wifi or etherent and with VOIP phones.

I got this couple of days back. I set it up quickly and easily. I don't run heavy apps on it; I don't plan to. So, it is fairly warm and running just fine. I would suggest if you run one or two apps on it all day. It is quiet -- almost no noise compared to my other desktops I have and had. I bought the 32 G RAM with 1 TB ROM -- which is an overkill for my needs -- but it just cost me $100 over 16 GB and 0.5 TB model - for a total of little over $300. Also, there is an option to upgrade the ROM with a SSD drive (only M key SATA 3.0 interface if that makes a difference for you). The unit is very light weight -- I don't know the exact weight but feels like less than a pound -- that is good for taking it on a travel (but you need to carry a keyboard and a mouse, and may connect to the hotel TV for a monitor). The appearance is slick and elegant. WiFi connected just fine. The rest is Microsoft Windows stuff. I have an account with Microsoft, so that made the other setup things seemless over the (One) Cloud.

This is a nice sleek unit that has the storage and power that I need. I am a real estate broker and this does what I want it to do. It was a bit touch and go on the start up with several BSODs but after some driver updates it works fine now. So far I'm up and running for a few days and no big issues. Worth the spend and effort.
