A couple of the lids were stuck but are either able to pop pretty easily manually or they ended up loosening and no issues. Not perfect but still way better than the cheap non spring ones

If you play paintball these give you the edge. They hold a little more paint. They have bumps that give you more paint to carry. Plus i have never had any pop open in the field like all other pods I’ve used. Easy open lock doesn’t slow you down trying to open them.

Bought some about a yr and a half ago and they worked perfect so after getting back into paintball and buying an hk strapless pack I bought 12 more of these. Maybe 2 of them were functional, lost a case of paint in one day thanks to these, kept randomly opening. The lock lids dont lock, they dont do the one thing they are designed to do. Looks like dye's quality control has slipped lately bc they used to make quality pods.

I used this a couple of times but one of the lids seemed to always come open without you opening it. All other lids were good except for one. Unfortunately, with Amazon products you have to return the entire thing and not get a replacement for one lid. But, will be placing an order for a replacement since it works really well on the field. Besides the bad lid, it works really well when playing speedball, hyperball, and woodsball.

After attending a huge paintball tournament in western North Carolina, I opted to run hopper fed vs mag fed. I pulled out my old pods, filled them up and in the heat of battle - the darn things opened up, spilling paintballs everywhere. This was not a happy time, and my walk back to our supply cache was a good hike. Some friends watched from afar, noting my disgust, suggested these pods. Since I started using them - I've had ZERO Rut-Ro moments, spilling paint etc. They're easy to clean, and the exterior makes them easy to grasp and keep in place. The spring activated lid opens easily with a flick of the thumb on the release button. I'll never go back to cheap pods.
