To turn off the appliance:
1. Turn the control knob clockwise to the " OFF " position
2. Turn off cylinder valve and disconnect the regulator when firepit is not in use.

Put the table together and it was great. Fired right up and was very nice. Fast forward 4 days - it will not light. The ignition sparks but nothing happens. Iโve tried lighting it with a flame but still nothing. Switched tanks and still no ignition. Thereโs clearly a problem with the table. Could be a bad regulator or valve because it is definitely not getting propane to the spark. Reached out to East Oak tonight via email. Weโll see. Other reviews say theyโre very responsive. Iโll update my progress.

Beautifully made of top materials. The glass windguard adds so much to the beauty. East Oak has exemplary customer service. They are beyond fair when addressing and problems or replacements. Highly recommend. We added casters so I can wheel it around to various locations on my lanai and pool deck. Iโm beyond five star rating! Customer service is amazing. I had an issue with the Ignighter. They sent me an entire fire pit! They follow up with emails making sure I am totally satisfied.

Got the product on time, and very easy to set up. The only issue was it was missing the flame guard. I contacted customer support and they could not have been any more helpful! Love the way it works, it's perfect for what we want. And I would like to emphasize that the customer support was superb!

**EDIT - UPDATE**Customer Service emailed promptly after I posted the original review. You will not believe this, but they shipped us a brand new fire pit table and only asked that I adjust my review. Actually having a company CARE about their customers and reviews these days has become rare. The new product works like a dream. I would not hesitate to buy from this company. Five Stars! โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธItโs beautiful but every single time we use it, the flame goes out. Let me assure you this is NOT due to operator error. My husband is a pro. It is a faulty regulator.

We purchased the EAST OAK 44'' Propane Fire Pit Table, 60,000 BTU Gas Fire Table w/Aluminum Frame, H Type Burner and Tempered Glass Tabletop, CSA Listed Outdoor Patio Firepit with Wind Guard, Fire Glass and Lid, Grey, last year (December 2022). A few weeks ago (October 2023, just 10 months of use) the burner assembly developed a slight malfunction as the Fire Pit propane assembly would not sustain a steady flame. I contacted the "East Oak Living" Customer Service Department and was pleasantly surprised to actually talk to a real person and not an automated computer AI voice. After explaining the defect, it was agreed upon that East Oak Living would send a replacement burner assembly to me at no cost. Again I was pleasantly surprised that East Oak not only send me a new burner assembly, East Oak had sent me a whole new Fire Pit Table! I was shocked! A brand new full kit! I couldn't believe it! I contacted them to enquire if this was a mistake and was informed that because the burner assembly was on back order, East Oak decided to just replace to entire unit! I doesn't end here...not only did they send an entire new Fire Pit Table, they informed me that once the back ordered burner assembly arrives to the warehouse, they are still sending me a replacement for the original Fire Pit Table! Based upon this experience, I truly believe that East Oak Living is a stellar company! Not only did they stay in constant contact with me via telephone and E-mail during this entire process, they went above and beyond to rectify this situation! I would highly recommend East Oak Living to everyone and I will definitely be purchasing more products from this company in the future!

Started off with high hopes. Fire pit table had good reviews. Paying more but I already have a less expensive fire pit table that doesnโt work.Then I started the assembly process and got stuck at step 3. They provided two F panels instead of an F and a J. The panel is labeled J but is clearly an F so the tank holder wonโt mount.Sent information to East Oak and was told to order a replacement unit since the part is not available.Update:The replacement arrived in a few days, had all the right parts and assembled quickly! The glass guard is a little challenging to assemble. 8 brackets and four pieces of glass all have to be aligned and tightened. Iโd recommend placing on a flat surface like a countertop and assembling there.East Oak provided a partial refund for my inconvenience so that was appreciated!The completed fire table looks very nice! Seems like it will throw a lot of heat but havenโt used much yet.
