Got it for someone’s birthday and it was perfect. I think the large drilling size is actually the standard size you often find at bowling alleys. It was perfect and now I want one!

I like the fact that it looks like American flag like a patriotic bowling ball, as it goes down the lane, I also like how it looks and yes, I hit it drilled from the people that I ordered it from to drill it for a large left hander bowler as I and one of the few that bowl left handed 15% category.

The quality of the bowling ball was tremendous. The price was not bad. The delivery was actually early. Enjoying it very much.

I bought this for my 10yr old skeptical bc it was pre drilled and he's a child. BALL came in and it was perfectly drilled and small sz fit his hand and finger placement, weight was on point and a beautiful ball for any beginner and price point was realistic. Wish us luck at the lane !

I'm thoroughly impressed with this purchase, but it's not for most of you may think. I haven't even thrown this ball down a lane yet. Here's a little background about myself and my situation. First of all, I'm no regular bowler. I do have my own ball, but my goal is usually to break 100. I recently injured my hand and shoulder and had to revert to two handed. Was not fun. I thought about buying cheap lightweight used ball just to try and get my strength back. In comes the Elite Star Bowling Ball. The Elite Star is as budget as you're going to get. Amazingly, I found a used one labeled as "Like New". Decided to give it a try for under $50, drilled. I would prefer to have it drilled locally but I was just trying to get the cheapest ball I could find. The fact that it gave me options for drilling sizes made me wonder if this is really a used bowling ball. The box arrived looking like a mummy with tape holding it all together. Ok, now I know it's used. After cutting through layers of packing tape, out comes this gem of a ball. It looks brand new to me. Not only that the silver Elite Star is much better looking in person. The pictures on Amazon does not do it justice. While, I will probably never used this ball it has helped with little drills to help get my hand and shoulder get back some of my strength. I can now go back to my regular 14lb ball now.Hey, if you're looking for a low-priced plastic spare ball, the Elite Star ball is a great choice. You won't find another ball in its price range. If you can find a used one, I think it's worth a try. My next upgrade may be a used ball now that I've experienced purchasing used through Amazon firsthand.

It feels nice and the finger slots are drilled nice. I really love the color of the ball. It has nice depth and the slitter flakes inside make it really look great. It came in damaged though as the picture shows. For under $100, it's a decent ball for a beginner like myself.
