Only took 30 seconds of hand cranking to get the radio loud and clear, the flashlight working, and my phone charging. It even comes with both lightning and USB-C chargers for phones. This is absolutely a must-have and will be recommending it to my parents and friends.

I got this for 13 dollars it was pretty good for it's price. It's compact in size but that better for emergency use and it is pretty simple to use over all. The radio quality and the ablity to change the channels easily was very promising and it's very powerful in sound and charging capabilities. I recommend especially during this dark time in America I got this and an emergency first aid/survival kit. So I'm going to prep for any bad situations.

Just received this & WOW, what an amazing little device. Radio is clear sounding, flashlight gives off plenty of light, has a solar panel for maintaining charge, a usb cord to charge my phone (it works!) & easy enough to crank up your get it started. A great idea to keep in the house, car or any outdoor adventures. Will be purchasing another.

Great Emergency Radio for the Price - 5 Stars!I recently picked up this emergency hand crank radio, and for just $15, I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and functionality. This compact little device offers several charging options: it can be powered by the built-in solar panels, a USB-C cable, or the hand crank—perfect for emergencies when you can't rely on standard power sources. The ability to partially charge a smartphone (about 25%) is a handy bonus, especially in situations where staying connected is crucial. The radio itself is solid for the price. It picks up AM, FM, and NOAA Weather stations clearly, ensuring you’ll have access to important updates during a power outage or emergency situation. The speaker volume and sound quality are adequate for an emergency context, so you won't miss any critical broadcasts. The flashlight feature is another plus—at around 80 lumens, it’s bright enough to light your way in the dark or signal for help if needed. The radio is also small and lightweight, easily fitting in the palm of your hand, making it convenient to store in your car, house, or emergency kit.Overall, this emergency radio offers excellent value for the price. It’s a reliable, multifunctional tool that’s perfect to have on hand for unexpected situations. Five stars for the overall bang for your buck!

I bought three of these for bug out bags and they seem sturdy for the price. I will compare this to my Midland ER210 as most functions are on par with that device at about $30 less. Of course, the Midland offers some advantages hence the additional money. The flashlight works well and is bright enough. There is off and on only where the Midland has off/ dim/ bright/ flash. The dim on the Midland is about the same as "on" with this device. The radio reception is about equal to the Midland. Tuning can be a bit tricky as this is analog only and the numbers on the tuning band are a little small for older eyes. This has no seek function to find a radio station that it can pick up. The sound quality is more than adequate and is about equal to the Midland. The battery is rechargeable but is not removable/ replaceable where the Midland uses a somewhat standard 18650 rechargeable battery. I cannot comment on the battery life or charging time with crank or solar as I have only tested this device and have not used it long term. The device is more than adequate for the intended use and is very affordable for multiple, emergency use, solar/ crank, radios/ flashlights/ chargers. Device includes a USB A to micro USB charging cable to charge the device from USB. A charging block is not included as is typical now.

Very pleased with radio. Will use for emergency/off grid. Found my local weather band and am/fm stations easily.Went through all the function and preform well. Manual states on full charge will deliver 9-10 hrs radio / 15-17 hours on flash light. The manual said radio hours may vary depending on the volume of sound used. 18 month replacement warranty. 30 day money back guarantee. Lifetime support guarantee. (info@runningsnail.com.cn) Removable battery is a 3.7V 2000mah 18650 Li-ion. Manual also stated every few months battery should be recharged to help with life of battery. I added a photo of actual battery that I removed. I was very easy to remove and replace. Just two small philips screws from plate. Weight is very light at only about 1/2 pound. Size is compact at about 5 in. X 2 in. X 2 1/4 in. I was very surprised on quality and could hear weather report clearly on high at about 20 feet away. 1. Charged my phone by plugging in my charger cord from radio. Good for emergency power if needed. Will keep one in truck and in my outing gear. Manual states not to be used as a normal power bank. I figured it will be good when or if you are in a pinch.Cord supplied with radio is micro usb NOT type "C". Comes with micro usb x "I-phone" adapter included. My phone uses an android with a type "C" input so I used my own power cord. 2. Charged radio from a/c micro usb cord supplied with radio from my own a/c adapter. Only wished it would charge from type "C" and not micro usb is about the only negative I have with radio. Manual states it takes about 3 1/2 hrs to fully charge and it took a lil over 4 hrs when I did it. 3. Solar showed charging when placed even in very little light. In manual it states solar charging is difficult for full charging but for battery maintaining. Manual states solar panel life is 25 years when used 6 hrs. per day. Might need a new one in my lifetime lol. 4. Hand crank is easy to turn and showed charging while I was winding. Manual says 3-5 mins for intial use and wind 130 - 150 rpm for power to be generated. Says 7 hrs. Winding for full charge lol. Good news is 1 min winding 3-5 mins of radio and 45 - 60 mins of light. So there's that. A good price for about $16 it is a no brainier to have one or even 2 on hand (truck, home, cabin, camping/hiking, boat ect.) Hope this review helps. Added some photos from manual that it came with radio. I did add photos of manual to this review as well.

It is a sturdy product with good light and radio. Solar and hand crank charging too is quite effective. Further, the inbuilt battery gives around full day of radio functioning. The radio has manual tuning which needs patience to tune it. Sound quality of radio is good. The only problem is that there is no third NOAA weather band. The AM/ FM band switch is not of good quality and is difficult to switch over. Further, the torch light switch is very sensitive and the torch gets activated accidentally at times. Over all the item seems to be of good quality Chinese one. There is no name or item desription on the item except on the card poard packing box.
