The cuff doesn’t hold pressure very well. You can get a good reading if you are very quick, and I have compared to other BP cuffs and found it to be fairly accurate if you can get your reading before it deflates. Good enough for practice, but if you need to use it regularly I would spend more on a better quality cuff.

Very hard to heard heart beat in any position. After a couple uses the listening end of the stethoscope was crushed and unusable. I have other stethoscopes and mainly got this for the larger cuff and for that it works okay.

My girl is a medical assistant and she was shocked the quality of the cuff and stethoscope. I have about 19-20 inch arms and have high blood pressure so my doctor wanted me to monitor it at home. The cuff fit well, definitely big enough and the stethoscope works very well. My girl was very impressed and wants one for herself for work. Everything fits in the case easily, which is nice. Definitely worth the money, great deal.
