I bought the gold ones for my kitchen and some other brand's face plates, I think it turned out beautifully and everything is nice and sturdy. I've never had tamper resistant plugs before and didn't really research but seems like you just have to push a little harder to plug things in but I do like the safety of that!Edit: I took back a star because after doing 20, I became so frustrated with the grounding wire screw. The piece of metal it's on bends SO easily with any pressure (trying to loosen or tighten the screw). It became an issue when I had this problem while redoing so many.

It looks nothing like the photo. The outlet and the cover are different colours and don’t match at all. On the photo it looks seemless and perfectly matched.Complete waste of money and for the price not a good deal

I replaced some 8 years old receptacles at home. I think they are better compared to the ones that I never really used at home; better contact with the plugs. Contractor probably used cheap ones when the house was built. I hope they last.
