This is my only true pinky slide, and I have large fingers, but she fits perfectly on my pinky, so I can assuredly say it offers a lot of flexibility to your playing. Open chords easy as always, lead lines take a minute more to figure out, but I wouldn’t say it is difficult. I play extended range guitars and technical metal, and still find this slide to be really an asset in my arsenal. As with any slide you need to know how to play with a slide, and this holds true here; remember you’re aiming for the fret itself not the “note” or, aka in between frets. I had to knock off 1 star for a stupid reason well two stupid reasons. Firstly the brass piece is pretty thin, so know exactly how this slide fits and know the brass will hit the fret and not the plastic. The second is also trivial, but for the price the plastic itself feels cheap. Take this from a guy that has always used porcelain or, glass. I mean it’s holding up great, and I use this slide every day, there are no splits or, separation of the brass portion, so as said they’re stupid little things, but know where that brass strip is or, you will not get the effect of a slide. That one is very important, as unlike full brass slides you have zero room for error. Luckily without trying I’ve never fretted a bad note. I find this slide to be a lot of fun, and I’d bet you all would too.

Interesting idea for a slide. I like the ergonomic fit. However, I found that both the inside and outside edges of the plastic were sharp and uncomfortable while being worn. The edge of the brass strip was also sharp and made playing uncomfortable. I rounded and smoothed the edges of the plastic and the brass that makes contact with my finger using some 5000 grit sandpaper. It's a huge improvement! The manufacturer should add smoothing those edges to the manufacturing process. The other thing that needs improvement is to make the brass strip a little wider and wrap around the bottom of the slide a bit more. Even though I have a correct fitting one, I find that slide rotates slightly, and the plastic occasionally comes into contact with the strings and causes the slide drag and degrade the sound quality.I think that this will be a fun slide to experiment, but it probably won't be my go-to slide ever. It'd be better if it was constructed from heavy glass without the wimpy brass strip.

I've been looking for something comfortable, and effective that will help me to better play electric slide guitar.I've used various glass slides over the years, that for my taste, were a little 'rattly', but I have persevered, given the limited alternative options.I have to say that this slide meets the demands of EVERYTHING that I have been looking for. I love the fact that it is shaped around your finger, and sits comfortably, without movement. The brass 'floor' sits nicely over the strings, and as I said, stays in place. In my opinion, this sounds way better than glass! It's smooth, and helps with a smooth transition between notes (I always felt that my glass slides would 'tap' against the string during movement).I can thoroughly recommend this device. Give it a try! I'm sure that you will like it as much as I do! I'm a fan for life!(incidentally, I had a couple of questions that were satisfactorily answered almost immediately, so I can also vouch for excellent customer service!).

I have apparently got thick fingers because this only fits my pinkie even in large size. That said it seems durable and is ergonomically curved so it’s comfortable.

I like the ergonomic aspect of the slide, however, there’s not enough mass to create any kind of a decent tone playing guitar…

I'm a female guitarist with small hands. Brass slides are typically really heavy and very uncomfortable to use since they are almost always too big even with the smallest size. When I saw this concept I was super excited to try this out but there are a couple of fatal flaws that make this slide unusable for my purposes. The first problem is that the brass insert doesn't go all the way to the end of the slide. This makes it really difficult to use when you're only trying to apply the slide to the top string or two on the guitar since the sliding surface does not cover the entire slide. The second problem is that even with the smallest size and a pretty good fit on my pinky finger, the slide twists too much when doing fast repositions and ultimately ends up with resin touching the strings since the brass insert is too narrow. Finally, this sounds absolutely awful compared to my brass slides. Again this is a consequence of not having "enough" brass on the slide. I loved the idea, and knew I would be compromising some sound quality for the weight reduction and for a more ergonomic fit. Unfortunately this wasn't a usable slide sound for me. I wish the designers had made a few small changes like making the brass cover the entire length of the slide and covering maybe half of the resin to get more weight and a better sustain sound.
