Great conditioner. Smells so good and my Cavalier king charles spaniel is very soft after using it. Took away a star due to poor packaging for delivery. Bottle leaked and it was a big mess. Lost some product. Maybe manufacturers need to put one of those aluminum/ plastic tabs on bottle to prevent leaking during transport.

Very good quality product. Use it on my Yorky and my Yorky Jack Russell terrier mix. Jack Russell terrier mix hair has always been so course and easily tangled. This product did a great job and smoothing it down and keeping it from getting as Tangly

This is the best dog conditioner I have ever bought! I will buy this over and over again! It works great on my Pomeranian for, his Ferg gets very matted and this easily dangles it. You should definitely purchase if your dog needs conditioning.

I have ordered this before from a pet dealer catalog and it comes with a full gallon. This order I ordered 2 gallons of conditioner from Amazon and the gallons only 2/3 of the way full. I Can't even send one of them back because I need it. I can't wait for another gallon from someone else to deliver it. I will be sending one back. The quality is great. I love the product, but I do not like being cheated on the quantity of the product that I've paid for.

Been using this conditioner for years, I didn’t find it at the store anymore and turned to Amazon for it. I use it for shedding dogs and any stubborn Matting. Smells soo good and leaves hair really soft

First time using this type of product and I’m very impressed. My dog has a short coat, but he has allergies and is prone to dryness. We started using this and there is a noticable diffrence. He does not have a long lucious coat but this has ensured his coat stays soft and fluffy, so I’m more than satisfied with it ! The scent is also nice, subtle but covers dog smell well. I hesitated on buying this because my dog doesnt have much fur, but after using it I recommend it to any folks with short hair dogs prone to allergies and dry/coarse coat. I also use Skouts Honor probiotic spray in the summer since we’re out a lot and he gets stinky after playtime. This combo keeps him soft and eliminates all dog smell without needing an overpowering dog cologne.

Initially when I received the conditioner it had busted open in the bubblewrap envelope, so I contacted the seller and they got back to me with in hrs. Their customer service is as amazing as their product!! Best dog conditioner I've ever used on my pup!! She LOVES it so much that it's kind of becoming a problem.. after she gets a bath it seems she goes out of her way to get filthy again just so she gets another bath. She wasn't doing that with the previous conditioner.*UPDATE*I initially bought this 12/2017, it’s now 5/2022 & I just used the last of these conditions. After receiving the first bottle that had busted open in the packaging, I salvaged what I could from the inside of the bag & they also sent me a new bottle. Both of those bottles lasted me 4 & a half years between 2 small, 15-20 lb, dogs! Not only are they decently priced, but they last quite a long time! My little dog has sensitive skin & dry hair & this stuff is perfect for her! She’s so happy to take a bath & I can tell that she loves how soft & hydrated her skin & hair feels afterwards! She’s silky for WEEKS after using it, without feeling greasy. I’d highly recommend this for your pups!

It smells really good and my dog's hair was easier to comb after the bath (he is a curly haired goldendoodle). He smelled clean and fresh longer than usual. :)

Got this for my new grooming business but tried it on my own dogs first. It really is brilliant it smells so nice and has really made my cocker spaniel coat really shiny and feels so soft. Only need a small amount and mixed it to the ratio as stated. Will definitely buy again.
