One port of this splitter did not work for some reason. Would not recommend it.

this type of splitter will split one cable into 2 but you can only use one at a time. if you want to use 2 devices at a time you need a hub and not a splitter like this.

This is the 3rd splitter I tried (1 I tried a replacement, so technically the 4th splitter). I am using it for video games in my basement. I had begun to think there was something wrong with my systems. This splitter finally did the job though.

This is nicely made and will let me connect two ethernet devices. However internet signal does not go to both - i.e. I cannot run two devices at once; one need to be turned off or disconnected. I needed an ethernet switch to be able to operate multiple devises.

I use Google Nest wifi which only has one Ethernet port. I don't like wifi connections on my TV or Xbox series x so I've been swapping cables back and forth. Then I came across this device. Sounded great. Performed less than satisfactory. I plugged it into my Nest router. Then plugged each cable from my tv and Xbox into it. Turned on my TV and it says I have no internet connection. Tried the Xbox and it would constantly connect/disconnect. I swapped cables with no effect in performance. I tried wiggling it around sometimes the TV would connect but couldn't begin streaming shows on Netflix or my other apps. Looking for a different brand to try next.
