This product works great. Just for record (just because I didn't know when purchasing this product), you need to also purchase the N2O chargers. I have never had one of these contraptions before and I figured this would be easier than taking out my mixer. Let me say, it is alot easier but I am not sure how cost effective it will be. Other than the additional cost, it takes about 30 seconds of shaking for it to make your fresh whip cream.

Works great and it’s nice to have instant whipped crème when you like. The canister is well made and looks as though it will offer many years of service. It looks and feels commercial in it’s construction.

I bought this specifically to make the Monkey Pod Mai Tai for a luau-themed party. It has a very sturdy construction and feels like a high-quality item. It did the job and I would recommend purchasing, but with some caveats...- Its aluminum construction is what keeps the cost down, but the drawback is that it's not a good insulator. For best results, the contents being foamed need to be very cold. I noticed that if I left it sitting on the counter (versus back in the fridge) between making drinks for our guests, after 20 minutes the foam would be a little on the watery side. For home use, this really isn't a problem once you understand you have to keep it in the refrigerator.- The trigger is not that precise and so there is a pretty steep learning curve. My first few attempts resulted in dispensing a huge amount of foam.Otherwise, I think this was a good buy. Plus, I recently saw some cookbook recipes that have some "foams" and now I have a tool to make them!

Stainless steel, heavy duty parts, extra gasket seel, and 3 different dispenser tips.... Well worth the purchase. This is well built and built to last. Worth comparing this one to others. I've had this for about a month or so now and have made several containers of whip cream. Like with any new tool or device it takes time to figure out just the mix on quantities that will suit to your liking. So a bit of trial and error when it comes to how much heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and sweetener to use. Directions call for 2 cups of heavy whipping cream. Personally, I use about 1 3/4 cups along with 2 tsp vanilla and 2 tbs of sweetener. Careful on how much you shake the canister before dispensing. Too little and you will get liquid. Too many will be too thick and you'll end up with leftover in the container once you've used up all the gas. Initially around 10 shakes is about enough. Afterwards between long usuage about 3 downward shakes should do. Everytime you shake you will want to make sure the dispenser is upside down. Do this as if you were hammering a nail. Think of it like a ball point pen and you're trying to get the ink back down towards the tip. This will enable more of the whip cream to be dispensed instead of getting stuck inside the container and running out of air. Which is likely to be the most common problem with any of these dispensers, so keep that in mind. Also why I only use 1 3/4 cup to help reduce on leftover whipping cream. Chill the container either in the fridge for an hour before filling. Or chill in the freezer for about 10 minutes. But, as far as this being a good dispenser? It really is and in this case you get what you pay for. Stainless steel will outlast aluminum hands down. Definitely feels professional grade. Easy to assemble and clean. Again this is quality and heavy duty built parts. It's more money, but you won't be disappointed. On a side note, I did look at some dispensers half this size. Thinking I could reduce space being taken up in the fridge. Glad I went with this one instead. It doesn't take long to go through the amount this one holds.

So I fired this at my wife and she flew like a ragdoll into the sliding door like a cat chasing a housefly! Like bro, this is not a whip cream dispenser, its a bukkake cannon built by Ze' Germans to shoot down allied bombers at night. This will make your cheese cake into high velocity cheese cake, its scary. Never knew you could weaponize dessert. Call it Dessert Storm and call my shrink, we have PTSD from a food fight gawd dangit! My wife still hits the dirt when the strawberries come out. Ive seen some stuff man... This things no joke. Also dont heat the CO2 cartridges with a creme brule torch before using. 😞
