I expected this to be really poor build quality and have a poor weld of the seams because that's what I have experienced previously from some products on Amazon. However, this was a very much unexpected surprise. It had a solid weld all around and actually had a two layer system for how the flange was connected to the pipe.The pipe itself actually extended a little bit into the flange which would have helped with any force that would be applied to it when driving. Unfortunately, I did not end up using this set because of how my specific vehicle was built and the angle of my muffler. However, in most vehicles, this would work perfectly.

Welded very easily. I used a pipe cutter and it fit like a glove afterwards with almost no gap making the ID around 1.65" which saved me from having to weld in the gap. I was happy with the build quality and the welds that came on the pipe connecting the flange. Would buy again if.
