I'd never used a de-burring wheel before but now I use this all the time. Parts from the mill, hand cut, cutoff wheel you name it this breaks edges quickly and most importantly smoothly. If you haven't used one I recommend trying one. The quality and durability so far is very good. It's flexible enough to go around curves without taking off too much metal and it leaves a nice soft edge on both steel and aluminum.

An excellent silicon carbide wheel that smoothly deburs and buffs. It is gentle and does really well on gun receivers that I am restoring. A good addition to your bench.

I work in a machine shop and we call this a Soft Wheel. It's the best thing for deburring or rounding corners or edges as it works fast but leaves a polished finish. Once you've had one you'll never want to be without one. This brand compares favorably to the brand we use at the shop.
