Comes in a tube so u need to flatten it before applying to the wall or surface. Placed it on a small portion of a clean smooth wall only for it to come off a day later. The sticky back doesn't hold very well at all. I think it's great for kids to play with or for a school project but if the intent is to easily create a chalkboard wall as we wanted to it will not stay unfortunately

I just got the chalkboard a few weeks ago. It was very easy to apply. Gridlines on the back helped me keep my cutting straight and get the desired size. I sticked the chalkboard to the exterior of our metal shed so that the kids can draw and write even when they are outdoor. After each use, I cleaned the board with a damp towel. Easy and clean. No chalk marks. So far so good.

I liked that it is easy to write on and wipes off well but it does not stick well to the wall. I knew as soon as I started taking the backing off that it would not be sticky enough. It would need to be applied to glass or metal not walls.

Very easy to apply, and is a very smooth surface. Only complaint is leaves a shadow of the writing, and does not come completely clean.

This adhesive chalkboard was quite easy to adhered to my grandson's bedroom wall. It included colored chalks which my grandsons are very please with that. I will buy another roll for the bedroom door. Its awesome.
