The build quality is very cheap and is all plastic, the screws that hold the amber lens on are cheap and self tapping style. The holes in the lens are not drilled straight and don't align easily. and the base is also made of plastic and it has 3 dimples where it appears you would run bolts through to mount it to something, however there aren't any holes drilled. Its literally just a cheap pcb with a couple of capacitors and 3 sockets to hold the very cheap strobe lamp. I guarantee they don't pay more than $20 to make one of these, labor and shipping included. I would recommend buying a cheaper priced one.

Be prepared to install the bulb and run the wiring yourself to its control board. This is not ready to use out of the box.
