This felt letter board is the kind you see used to give people information at various social gatherings. The 10X10 model has space for a couple of sentences and comes with enough duplicates of each letter that you should be able to write almost anything you want. There are a ton of letters, numbers, punctuation, and emojis in the set. This is good, but it also means a lot of prep work. The characters aren't easily snapped out of the sheets as the plastic is a little flexible. I wound up using a pair of flush cutters to snip them out. It still took over an hour to get them all free.My set was missing a few emojis that must have snapped free before the set was packaged, but there are so many duplicates that I'm not concerned. I don't expect I'll use the emojis anyway. The board stands using a wooden leg that is held in place with a wing nut. It's not very sturdy and I don't want to risk breaking it by tightening the nut too much. It should hold up as long as it's handled carefully though and isn't buffeted by wind or anything like that. It's just important to make sure the nut is tightened after putting the leg in place or the sign board will fall over.

This felt letter board is a nice size and can fit several lines with no problem. It comes with a hearty supply of letters and emojis, so you really should be able to put whatever message you want without running out of even the most popular letters. The letters stick in well. I used this recently to make a little sign for guests to take party favors at an event, and it looked really nice.My only real complaints are:1. The letters are difficult to remove from the packaging for first use. I hoped I could just bend or twist them and they would break off their tab easily, but that wasn't the case. I ended up having to use scissors to clip them off. I also was a little bummed that you couldn't quite get the whole tab off, so the letters didn't look as clean as I'd hoped.2. The little easel that is included is pretty cheap. It's fastened at the top with a little bolt and spinning nut, but it was impossible to tighten on mine. I was able to get it just enough where the easel wouldn't slide out, but it's very finicky.Otherwise, this is a nice letter board that works as expected.

These are great for so many things. A menu board for lunch and or dinner. A famous quotes board for inspiration. A reminder board of things to do. A daily joke board to have everyone smile. Kids could take turns coming up with something daily. I recommend this letter board.

Cute letter board that fits into our modern farmhouse style. Works great, and comes with plenty of letters and a variety of symbols and smiley faces which is fun. We keep this on display in our home and love to change out the quotes on it periodically.

This sign is so cute and easy to work with. I comes with the sign, a holder (that's adjustable), letters/numbers/symbols, and a bag to keep them in. I am grateful for all the letters etc. but they are on plastic "trees" and you have to remove all of them prior to use. You can twist them off but probably better to cut. This takes forever! The good part is that there is a bag that you can store them all in if you ever get to the point of taking all of the letters off.

I can't compare this item to other felt letter boards, but I can say that this looks great, does what it says it will (LOL), and should stand up for a long time to gentle use.It comes with 4 sets of the various letters, numbers, and emoji faces, so although I haven't written long messages on the board yet, I feel like there are going to be as many letters available as you would need to writ any message that will fit on this board. I was able to twist some letters free from the frame they came attached to, but some characters have 2 attachment points and those need to be cut with scissors or diagonal cutters. Using that sort of tool, it shouldn't take long at all to free all of the characters and be on your way. I just removed enough to write a message and pop the letters onto the board, so I haven't finished detaching all of them yet. You receive 2 small canvas drawstring bags with the board to hold the characters, which is nice. I don't know if they'll all fit inside the bags provided - either one larger bag (since there are so many letters) or an extra small bag or two would be helpful. The letters, numbers, and emoji faces all stick easily into the felt board. The tabs are well placed so words align easily. I feel like the tabs might be just a bit longer to fit more deeply into the folds of the felt, but once the characters are in place, they are secure and won't shift around. The item comes in a nice sized box to store the letter board in, so I'll keep it in case I want to carry it along for events. The finish of the frame and small easel is nice, lightly textured for a weathered look and a kind of satin finish on the wood. Looks professional and good quality for trade shows, events or offices. I'm really happy with this and looking forward to using it though the holidays and when I host gatherings.

The “shelf” that the board sits on isn’t level, so the board sits on it crooked. I can’t fix it, because it’s glued and screwed into place, and the lightweight wood will break. Also, it’s chipped in a corner. Anyway, it looks worse in person than in photos.
