This screw works for mounting strap pins, but is not standard size for a bridge plate (.43mm larger than screw hole). This might work in a pinch, but I do not recommend . It also does not have a “shank” (the smooth part between the threading and the head).

I have a Fender American Jazz Bass 1990 (Made in the US) and I intend to change the original screws. These are much smaller than the original ones. Probably made for a 6-screws Stratocaster bridge, but definitely not for a Fender bass bridge.

They are just screws, so not that impressive as impressive things go, but hey, they are the right size, they are solid, and made out of decent metal so that I don't strip the heads when I install them, which is more than I can say for most of the pot-metal-junk screws that come with guitar stuff from china these days, so i give these 5 stars.
