Neck is perfect, as with all necks you have to set them up, they will not be right out the box. No sharp frets and all were level which was surprising, nut does need to be filed, again all new necks need this, they are just pilot grooves, they don't know what setup you like! Fitted perfectly to a 3rd party thinline strat body. Only issue was delivery, Amazon posted 2 seller delivery's and drove off, luckily he had to deliver to next door and I caught up with him and said what about 3rd delivery, moved bits around in van and magically found it, it needed a code before hand over, so would have known about it. Not sure if he was trying to keep it as it had fender plasted over the outer box. Just very odd.Neck was a bargain at £249.99 thought.

As expected, the nut slots where high. They purposely leave them high so it can be used on any setup. After final setup, it plays great. Truss rod wasn't maxed out from the start.A little fret dressing and it plays great.

I put it on a Fender MIM replacement body as a Partscaster build. Fit perfectly, in great condition.

It's mostly very good, nice wood, perfect fit, easy to setup. It's just that not all the frets are level. There's at least one that sticks up pretty far and with a low action several notes would buzz or not play at all. I raised the action and now it's playable, but I still need to get the frets leveled. At this price point I didn't expect this sort of problem. If I had noticed before it was all installed and ready to play I would have returned it, but at this point it's less painful to try to fix it.

I purchased this neck with the intent to upgrade from the rather lackluster neck that was on my Squier Debut Strat that I recently got, and it fit right in. The frets are absolutely perfect, the fit is amazing, the neck is smooth as butter, and it cost a whole lot less than buying Player series Strat. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick improvement to their cheapo strats/strat-likes.

This neck is straight and the frets look ok, but the fretboard has a bunch of dust specs in it and it is wavy. Also the frets have a bunch of overspray on them. I expect much better at this price point and for a fender branded product. The No name necks from china I purchased have a better finish than this. Very disappointed.

Great neck from a Great Marque! What can I say? Easy to install , it does everything well, very well-made, so easy to set up and a pleasure to play. For the money, it’s a fantastic value and it’s one of fender’s most pleasurable necks for me to play personally and at a bargain price! Highly recommended!!

Replaced the neck with this one and it fit perfectly and the the screws lined up perfectly. Minor truss rod adjustment after installation and it is a delightful neck with smooth fret edges. This is authentic factory or a perfect copy.

The fret board is really nice. Great finishing for playability. The only thing I feel could have been done better is the implementation of the trust rod at the end.
