A family member went to a holiday performance in their city that offered special performances for neurodivergent attendees. One of the perks was getting to pick out a fidget toy before the curtain rose. What a great idea! Apparently these little toys get lost frequently, so I ordered these for the same family member so that they can always have something in their pocket.

Good but kind of thin. I own a few of these kinds of fidgets as I like to share them in the classes I am in when kids need something to mess with, I am a bit concerned about the thickness of these though as they are on the thinner side, if I have students who mess with it they may break them.

Ordered these for my grandsons that I am raising. Our 4 year old grandson is autistic and is an aggressive chewer and he is constantly looking for things like this with texture he can touch and put in his mouth. I have to say our 2 year old grandson is having just as much fun with them. The packaging was nice and the colors of the stones are vibrant with patterns that are very easy to see and feel. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who has sensory seeking children, children with oral fixations, or fidgety children who just need something to hold with interesting texture to maintain attention. I love these and my grandsons do too! Highly recommend!

These things are really solid. I found myself playing with them quite a bit while I was on the phone or on the computer. My semi autistic grandson loves them. He touches them and play with them all the time. We noticed that a young age that he would try to touch things with the rough surfaces. This is a great fidget toy for him. Nice quality holds up well underwear I highly recommend.

I managed to correctly identify the size of these fidget stones from the pictures, so there was no surprise in that they are on the large side, almost filling my palm. On the other hand, I didn't really connect to the word stones. These are very stiff rubber. You can bend the ends a tiny bit, but in my hand, these fidget stones have little to no give. I was expecting something softer. To be clear, I have fidget stones that are actual polished rocks. I need to recalibrate my brain, but that doesn't take these out of the realm of a fidget toy. They are not painful to repeated touch like the last set I tried. At the same time, they aren't welcoming, because you have the texture of a tennis shoe sole. That's speaking merely of the material they are made of, but the patterns are similar to that of a sneaker sole as well.I'm still playing around with the various textures impressed into the material. The first two to fall out of the box were both straight lines. I didn't think they were a good fit for me, but the one with less defined edges on the lines is the one I pick up the most often. One advantage to the size is it fits and fills your palm. In my case, this is a medium-sized female adult palm, so I don't know how well it will fit in a child's palm. What this means is you could fill your palm with one, still have access to the textures with your fingertips, and have a fidget toy available as needed without being visible to those around you.I'm also considering, since the stones are child-safe, of giving the ones that don't click with me to my kittens as chew toys. I don't know if they'll be interested, but the same lack of flexibility that surprised me could work well for gnawing, something I wouldn't be shocked if children with these toys took up. Honestly, it's much better than pencil erasers, which are designed to slough off when rubbed.Overall, I think the stones are a little harder than I prefer when combined with a plastic-rubber feel, but I can see how they might work for those who prefer a hard surface to rub on.

I work in an inclusive classroom and am always on the hunt for fidgets that will work well without being a distraction. I have tried so many products and these are probably my favorite. First and most importantly, they make ZERO noise which means they won’t be an auditory distraction. Then there’s the construction. They are made of sturdy silicone that has no moving parts or gel filling meaning they won’t break or spill. Each one has grooves and ridges so the students can still get a sensory distraction from them, they have become a fast favorite for sure. They are also super easy to clean, I have even thrown them in my dishwasher in a basket on the top rack.

This is a nice, durable set of seven fidget stones. They are all different colors and textures, and some of them were more appealing to me than others (although interestingly enough, my daughter liked the feel of different ones than I did, so this just goes to show that it is good that they have different textures because different people like different ones). They are hard silicone - there was one of them that I kept wanting to push through like a pop-it, but it wouldn't budge. So know that these can be squeezed and pushed but they aren't moving. They are designed to hold and just run your fingers over (which is why I liked the pattern on the yellow one). They are larger, so little kids might find them too small, but pre-teens and even upper elementary school students would be fine with them. The price is higher than others on the market, but these seem very durable.
