I needed a clear tube with exact measurements for a project, and according to the description, this should have been a perfect fit. It wasn’t. Was slightly undersized, so it won’t work. I was going to return it and the return was approved by the seller, but they contacted me multiple times to encourage me to keep it, warning me that there is a 15% restocking fee and return shipping would be deducted from the refund. The product is fine if you didn’t need it to be the exact stated size, but I’m pretty disappointed to feel stuck with an item that I have no use for. Yes, I could return it, but my refund would not be enough to buy a replacement, so basically I wasted my money with this company. So, I’m keeping it. Maybe I’ll find a use for it someday. But just know - if you’re considering purchasing this and it doesn’t fit your requirements, it’s a hassle to return, and your refund will make you feel cheated.

Tube is so very crystal clear and strong. I had to get a replacement because the first one was left on the driveway and was run over which gave it a crack. However the store quickly sent a replacement.

We are using this piping to construct a visual display where ping pong balls are dropped into the tubing to indicate progress toward a fundraising goal. We needed a sturdy and clear product that would stand at least 5 feet tall and be moveable. Using a phalange on a wood block base we constructed, we think this is extremely doable with this tubing. I had ordered two 3-ft tubes and one had arrived broken. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement by two-day mail. The replacement arrived quickly and without issue.

I went with the "inch" description instead of the "metric" description and find that their math calculation is off so the diameter is too small by 1mm. (101mm is not 4") Otherwise the product arrived in new condition and is exactly as advertised if you read the "metric" description and ignore the "inch" measurements that are shown. If it were actually 4" O.D., both the product and the vendor would get 5 stars.

I bought a couple of these to create a candy chute for Halloween. I was able to send candy down the chute without problems. I was worried it would not be a large enough diameter. I need to figure out what to do with it now that Halloween is over.
