I did not place these on a forklift but instead placed them on the rear of my golf cart. Wiring the lights are straight forward and simple. Power and negative wires and worked with a toggle switch for power. They are well made and should hold up for a long time. They are bright and look good. I would have rated this higher if not for the fact you have to drill a hold to mount them. Outside of that excellent product.

We like the LED Lights on the forklifts. It helps with the forklift to pedestrian interface. Great safety item.
