I bought two books to start getting our company into compliance. Stopping the entire operation was not feasible so I trained each employee 2 at a time till we were in compliance.Great help when fitting training into the schedule. Convenient for getting everyone into compliance hands down when a class setting is not feasible.

Could have been 4 or 5 stars but the the videos froze in both English and Spanish. Everything in the kit appeared great, if only the video played properly.

English version is ok, but Spanish version is overdubbed (which is not the issue) and because in Spanish you may need more words when interpreting, it sounds like the talking is sped up. I am going to look to return this product, if I can.

We purchased the video. We just tried it and it doesn't work. We called J.J. Keller and was told that they do not accept returns for items sold on Amazon and to contact Amazon. Because it was beyond the return window (2 months) Amazon will not accept the return.If I could give J.J. Keller no stars I would.
