Nice item. Sturdy material. The only drawback back is the bottom flap of the pouch does not completely cover the pouch opening, leaving a gap that smaller items could fall out. It is not a deal breaker. I plan on adding a Velcro strip on both sides to close the gap and still allow for the bottom to completely open. That being said …for the price it is a great deal. I bought one for myself and daughter. She loves it too.

I was excited to get this apron, unfortunately, it needs some improvement to do the job right. The straps to hold the open-bottom, pass-through pouch closed don't actually hold a load of fruit or vegetables in the pouch well enough - the weight of apples, cucumbers, zucchini, etc. fall through the gap that gets created at the bottom. I'm going to sew the bottom of the pouch closed - it's a big pouch and will be quite useful for harvesting veggies in the garden -and- it's easy enough to take the produce out from the top. I like the cotton canvas, the waterproof material, and the back's cross-over straps. It just needs a personal touch (of sewing) to make it useful and, yet, I shouldn't have to do that in order to make it more user friendly.

This apron is very well thought out. It's easily adjustable, and it's got ample space in the large front pouch, as well as extra side pockets for a hand trowel, garden knife, clippers, etc. The easy dump pouch clips are so clever, they will work great for root vegetables, nuts, apples, etc. I'm really impressed with the weight of the material, it's almost like the old waxed canvas butchers aprons i remember. This will be a well used addition to harvest this fall.

I LOVE this! This is perfect for my garden and bringing in things like tomatoes and peppers! I LOVE how big the pocket is to carry produce and how easy it is to load and unload the produce in the pocket. There is a upper pocket as well that you can keep tools, your phone, and more in! I love how easy it is to put on and take off as well. I love the fact that the inside of the pocket is water resistant as well. I am very happy with this!

My wife saw this and was excited to try it out. She likes it even more than she thought she would! The canvas is good and strong, and it has durable double seams. She has another one of a different brand that had very lightweight black fabric that she thinks will fray if it gets snagged - not this stuff! It is incredibly rugged material and she doesn't expect a single snag. It's a hoodie-type pocket and she uses it to set aside things like an extra-nice looking apple that she wants to eat when gathering the rest up.It fits very well and is easily adjustable in size from small to plus-size. The way the straps are attached you just pull the ends that are at your low back and they adjust the fit from your waist up to your shoulders. Nice. The large harvest pocket up front is spacious for holding your pickings, and you just pinch the two clips up front to undo them, which opens the bottom of the pocket to release your bounty onto the table, into the sink, or wherever else you want to put it. I wish we'd found something like this years ago!The two clips up front are durable enough for their purpose. If they were on a backpack or something you'd want them bigger, but they work well for this. The extra side pockets are handy as well; we're very happy with this, especially for the price.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

We have a grapevine in our yard, so when I saw this harvest apron, I didn’t hesitate to order it. The apron arrived and appears to be high quality, but it’s a much darker green than what's shown in the seller’s photos. I actually prefer the darker green so no issue for me there. The apron is made from a heavy canvas with two buckles along the bottom front to fold it up to create a harvest "pocket." There are straps on these two buckles that allow you to make the pocket shorter but a little more secure so that your harvest doesn't fall through. But that's the problem--no matter how much I fold the bottom of the apron over, there are still airholes that produce can drop through, particularly smaller produce items likes grapes. It would be a much better design if the manufaturer used a long strip of Velcro along the bottom, thereby creating a more air-tight design. I would also like to see more fabric used on the part that creates the pocket so that it hangs open more, making it easier to access. If your produce items are larger, this apron might be great for you. This design unfortunately isn't going to work for my purposes but I'll be keeping my eyes open to see if a better design is forthcoming.

This Gardening apron is really heavy duty and of good quality. I was truly impressed when I opened it up. It's currently winter in Michigan, so I haven't used it in my garden yet. I am dreaming of wearing it and harvesting cucumbers and peppers. I can't wait to be able to put the veggies in the pouch and then transfer them to my produce bags for washing. This apron will make harvesting so much more efficient. I like the idea of also being able to use the pouch to put my garden tools into, as I am an expert in setting down my hori hori knife and then losing it. I'm also really good at losing my scissors, shears and pruners. I just might put long strings on each of them to attach to the apron's ties to ensure that I have these necessary tools at hand. Overall I am confident in recommending this gardening apron because I see how durable it is, how well constructed it is and have useful it will be.

I like the concept of this apron. It has wide bottom opening and can be closed with buckles. The bottom is not sewn at all. It's one big opened bottom. I tested with tangerines I have at home. After putting 4-5 tangerines, they were about to fall out between the buckle straps and through both ends. I tried to fold the bottom just like the product pictures. It didn't work as pictures. Any fruit harvest will easily fall out through the bottom. I still like the big pockets. So I may sew the bottom and close completely. I will just take out my harvests through the top opening.
