The only issue I had was that they did not match the older 12 V lights I had used in tandem. Therefore, I had to change all the lights so that they would match. They did fit in the holes of the older lights, so I did not have to drill new holes.

These work from 2.5 Volts DC to 24 Volt DC. I did not go over 24 volts. They do not work on 110 Volt AC. The item description had that it did, but the "About this item" section only said 12 to 24 volt AC. I decided to sacrifice the white LED to test. It lit for about a half a second on 110-volt AC and then burned out.

I used these on the control panel and under the vacuum tubes for my steampunk box. I used 12 volts without any resistors. They're bright and colorful.
