I am so happy with my new YDS-150 Geek Hard case I felt I needed to share this post for my TDS 150 playing friends. This is certainly one of the Most customizable case I have ever owned in my 45 years of being a sax player, and believe me I have owned them all. Hard, Soft, Horn shaped etc. I Believe at this time this is the only hard case available for the YDS-150. First of all, all of the storage spaces that you can see in the product detail picture actually come with the cut outs still in it, including the one for the horn itself Which I am in the process of making a cool wall hanging out of it for my music studio. The decision by the "Geek" people to keep the cut outs in and send them to the customer instead of discarding them is very cool, because with a few simple tools as shown in my photo, you can customize all the storage areas by removing the cut outs and re-cutting them to fit different gear snuggly inside the storage compartments. In photo of bell area, I have even carefully cut the original bell form end which was a factory precision fit for the YDS bell a bit wider and longer to fit my floor stand into the bell for transport. The stand flares out larger than the YDS bell you have to make this adjustment in the cutout if you desire to transport your floor stand in the case within the bell. This is very simple to do with a simple blade and an X-acto knife. No special tools or skills needed at all. And the foam is strong and durable and holds together without crumbles. In addition to all this good stuff the foam is in layers so you can simply remove a few layers from the bottom of a cut out if you like, put loose items into the cubby loose and recork it sort of speak with the top of the cut out which fits snug enough to keep everything from going all over the inside of the case, but yet loose enough to not be a struggle to remove. In the overall case photo you can see how I used the supplied cut out forms to customize the configuration of the storage holes. Lots of room to carry everything you need. Stored in one case I have everything I need for going on gigs.

I like the case is a hard shell with compartments for accessories. However, "Strengthened Chrome plated lockThe case body is equipped with two locks which can be locked, making it difficult for others to view the inside. Locks can be locked or unlocked by using the two keys provided." That is not a true statement. They are latches not locks. My concern is the latch popping while I am carrying it.
