Be sure your cat doesn’t jump on it while drying. Not only is part of counter ruined but there are epoxy footprints on my floor. I’m getting another kit to cover the oopsie

Needed a change in bathroom and did not want to spend a lot of money. I researched this product and watched tutorials. Decided to give it a try. WOW! Price was fantastic and it completely transformed my vanity! You can see my before blue countertop and the after. Easy to apply. Practice the marbling first as the you tube videos walk you through the process. If you do not like the initial marbling you apply, no worries, it’s easy to wipe off and start over. It has brighten the bathroom, paint covered the blue wonderfully well. Had a few bubbles when the top coat was applied but not noticeable. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive solution for updating countertop.

it's time-consuming you should plan on at least two days, but the result is well worth it

For the amount of joy I received from the end result, these were cheap. They were easy to use (after watching the videos thoroughly) and it was a huge upgrade for my bathroom. I ended up getting a second one for our other one.

I bought this for a stone top that was on a piece of furniture but was not supported from underneath properly so it cracked, a lot! I put in support and used Ester Epoxy to reassemble the stone sanded then used this kit, it came out amazing. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, and yours will come out great too. Thank you Jacob @ Giani for replacing the leaked can of activator so quickly, my project is complete and looks great!

Great kit, easy to use. Please, please, please make sure you really measure your surface right, just a little more over the suggested is not a good idea. Anyways, Great product.

Strong smell. Looks great even though I applied over textured tile. Dried to the touch quickly BUT suggest letting it completely cure a few weeks before setting anything on it. I waited the recommended time then put light items (bottle of face cleanser, etc) and noticed the circular indentation when bottle was picked up. The indention was very light but I could see the round mark. I stopped putting anything directly on top. I put down a towel then only put lightweight objects on the towel. After several weeks, I tested it. Its fine now. Looks great except that the backsplash is taller than recommended so the epoxy rolled down - I kept rolling it back up while it was wet but the backsplash needs another coat. Also, make sure to look for tiny bits of debris in the epoxy before it dries like a paint brush bristle. Pretty sure I can just sand down the few areas and fill with fresh epoxy but I’ll do that when I do the next backsplash coat. Worth the price but make sure you’ve got good ventilation.

My two countertops were a total of 7 feet. This kit had more than enough product to do the job. One problem we had was that the black primer must have partially froze during shipping and had lumps. We let it sit for a day, but it did not smooth out, so we used it anyway. By flatting and spreading the lumps most were gone. Once dried we used sandpaper to get rid of any lumps. We added a second coat, and let it dry. For the rest of the process we followed instructions. About 30 min after applying Epoxy, use a light to find small bubbles, or uneven areas and using a sharp knife spread and even add a drop of epoxy. Also after about an hour, take a wooden stir stick and run along the under edges of countertop to remove drips. Check again later. Very happy with finished job.
