Did the job to clear away the white buildup on the stainless steel surfaces inside our dishwasher. It did not completely remove the pink/orange buildup on the top rack sliding tracks, but it did soften it up enough that I could wipe it off.

I have tried numerous dishwasher cleaners over the past decade, and this is the only one I've found that works effectively in our dishwasher. Since we have hard water, we have to have a cleaner that is able to hold up to the task, and this one does just that. Our dishwasher is truly clean, with dishwashers coming out amazing once we do our scheduled dishwasher cleaning (I do it about every other month). It also leaves our dishwasher looking very shiny, leaving me very happy since I have a great-smelling, clean dishwasher that also produces cleaner dishes!

I have used this for years. I used to do a thorough cleaning the dishwasher myself about every year, waiting until it obviously needed it. I finally decided I had to find an easier way. What ended up working well with the least work for me, is about every two months I clean the filter system and then use this product. (Glisten recommends every month, but there are only 2 of us, and we rinse most food off.) Our dishwasher is 18 years old, is stainless steel inside, and works and looks great.One hint: our dishwasher doesn't have a super hot cycle, and I sometimes find that the wax plug doesn't melt enough to let the cleaning fluid out, even if I run the tap water until it's hot before starting. If so, I run it again after removing some of the plug with my thumbnail.

Amazing product. Used it on my dishwasher that had horrible staining from well water. Inside was brown. There is a bit of a learning curve as the wax plug didn’t melt after doing the cycle 2 times on pots and pans setting. My water heater is set to 130° so I know it’s hot enough. On the third full run, I just removed the wax and started the cycle. At the end my machine was a bright white color inside. Looked the way it did the day I bought it.

I’m hoping this works like I was told it would. It is pricey for only 3 bottles and it takes the whole bottle.

Haven’t used it yet but hoping it will fit my dishwasher. All others that I have tried are useless to me. It’s all about the size. Here’s hoping!! Right I have used it and yes it fits and I have ordered some more.

Removed a lot of grease pretty well but some of the residue on the filter and the sides of the machines are still there. It's definitely easier to scrub it now that it's degreased though so overall not bad but less powerful than I was expecting.
