It's easy to mount, lightweight plastic , if using for child can start short and add pieces as child grows providing them with that solid sense of their heightening.

If you're pondering whether to get this, do. The pros outweigh the cons for sure, but make sure you have an area without a baseboard to set it up on because it does not take baseboards into consideration!Pros:Super cute!Came with its own stickersAccurate ReadSection you place at the bottom made putting it on the wall straight rather easySome people said stickers it came with didn't work, but I've had no problems. Make sure to clean the surface well and let it dry before sticking so the sticker sticks to the surface and not the dirt on it!Cons:You do need to have some strength and finesse to put it together (nothing crazy, but if you have issues gripping things be forewarned). These connect with little connectors at the back. Each side needs to be pushed in until you hear a clickThe slider gets stuck in some spots and slides down with reckless abandon in others haha. So it's not the smoothest ruler since it did come in multiple parts and the seams aren't ... well, seamless, and you do have to hold it as you step away depending on how freely it slides in the spot your height is at. Didn't matter too much to me, but if you want it for a Dr office rather than just for home be aware it may not come off as professional as you'd hope. If for home, though, it's perfect.

The plastic is very flimsy and unless it is siliconed to a wall, it will not stand up to being around young kids.

Like the price and ease of setting up. After two weeks, it fell down. The sticky pads used are poor quality. If use command strip with product it would work much better.

I was hesitant to buy this product after seeing the reviews and ratings, but I found it to be very wonderful. All you have to do is clean the wall before installing the adhesive so it’s not coming off, use a spirit level to make sure the stadiometer's standing straight on the wall, and then enjoy the accurate measurement without any issues.
