It seems to work ok, not sure how I can really tell if it's not. It is a bit difficult to apply however per the directions. The sponge is small and lightweight so applying in circular motions as the directions indicate isn't an easy task with this hourglass shaped sponge. The bottles are small but seem to be lasting. I have only used the product twice so time will tell if it helps.

I've been using this product for years and love it. It makes the leather soft and supple. Doesn't dry out my leather and leave a white residue like some products do.

I bought this product to remove a large black ink mark from my Sister's leather sofa (sofa is a light tan). This product completely removed the stain and her leather sofa looks great. It's an excellent product and I definitely recommend its use to others.
