I've bought these in-store and they tend to break sooner than later. Bought these on Amazon and they're going strong!

These were a Christmas gift. Swimming is my primary form of exercise. These paddles are significantly larger than the next size down and work my arms a lot harder. They also help with my form. I like that they aren't solid, allowing some water to pass through unlike solid paddles.

These were WAY too big for me. It felt like I was strapping a dinner plate to my hand. These are for already very strong swimmers.

I'm a pretty decrepit and worn out masters swimmer who never excelled even as a youth. A 2000-yd workout is plenty for me. I was worried that these might be too large and cause shoulder problems. I've been using them for a couple 100s free and a couple 100s back, every other workout or so. Shoulders are fine, and I can really really feel them during backstroke. (I hope that means they are helping build strength.)
