These are colorful and get the attention of children. Used correctly, they really do seem to help the child calm down and focus.

My son has autism and he loves them. They keep him busy and calm. The down side is he won't let anyone else play with them!!!

I use these daily in my classroom and my kids love them. I love that they are easy to clean and hold up really well.

They work well and it was easy to teach my daughter how to used these. They are very sturdy and will last if stepped on. I think they are worth it especially if you have kids that are having a difficult time calming their bodies down.

These are great to help kids calm down when frustrated or upset. Very simple to use, just follow the pattern with your finger. Helps regulate emotions while focusing on tracing the patterns.

These were quite helpful for age 3ish. Helped to distract and to teach breathing. I was so proud the first time kiddo was upset and he chose to go use one of these and I could hear him doing deep breaths. It has turned more into a toy and is used less now that he's almost 5 but I would say it was definitely a useful tool!

I was thoroughly surprised at hpw quickly my 2yo and 3yo caught on to the breathing patterns. It keeps my 3yo busy for about 20 minutes at a time, she just really enjoys rubbing her fingers along it. It doesn’t really keep my 2yo busy, but I give it to him when he’s struggling with a tantrum and *so far* it’s been distracting enough to help him calm down, or at least do the breathing until he forgets what he is upset about. It would be pretty cool if there was a way to do different designs.

Bought this for my kids ages 9 and 7. My 9 year old is on the spectrum and my 7 year old deals with mild ADHD that comes with anxiety stimmed by the pandemic and protectionism. This has been the best tool ever! We have it in a central area on our bookshelf for them to get any time they start feeling on edge. I started by prompting them when I noticed and even did one myself. Now weeks into having them my 7 years gets them just to watch a movie, has shared them at school and will go get one with just a simple "let's do you breathing puzzle to help"! reminder ❤My Son with ASD still needs the reminder and modeling but comments how it works each and every time! These are honestly great for any age. I as a Mom at age 35 love these for myself. The kids and I have taught their toddler sister(barely 2 years old). It has turned into a family activity to acknowledge, handly positively and join together to combat our emotional needs to better our mental health!Highly recommend. Model it with your kiddos. You won't regret it, I promise!

Il s'agit de 3 plaques réversibles. Adaptées aux doigts des enfants, douces, faciles d’utilisation. Les enfants sont motivés pour l’utiliser. A voir si ça fonctionne …

These are great for practicing breathing and mindfulness techniques. The product itself is bright and intriguing for little ones. The little booklet that comes with it is informative and easily explains everything for these processes. I reccommend practicing this with the children for a few minutes each day so they will naturally use this tool in times of distress.
