I've had this for a while and I love it! It has to be adjusted back to zero periodically, but it beats buying new batteries all the time for those versions, of which I previously owned several.

The photo shows an all-white scale, so that's what I thought I was ordering. The scale I received was black and white. If you really cared about my business, you would send me an all-white scale. If the actual scale you are selling is black and white, then you need to change your photo, otherwise, this is just bait-and-switch, which (incidentally) against the law. Not a happy camper

It's kind of nice because it has been weighing a lot less than I actually am. It does not agree with my doctor's scales, my gym's scales or scales that my family and friends own. This is pretty much a piece of junk. If I could give it a zero star, I would. I requested to return the scale. The company would not let me return it. I know I've had it for 2 or 3 months. However, it took me that long to figure out that the scale was not accurate. I thought my working out was working! I would never buy anything else from this company.

I like this simple scale, I wanted a basic dial scale, and that's what I got. The first one I got broke, but communication was great and received a new one free of charge, though I had to return mine, but I left it near my door. Great service and would recommend this scale if you were looking for a simple dial scale.

Works great. It's a little hard to see the lines on the scale. I purchased this scale so I wouldn't have to keep changing the batteries on my digital scale.
