I really wanted to like this beaded purse chain! I use a small crossbody purse (maybe 7 inches wide), but this item is too short even for that. On top of that, the "metal" chain is actually plastic and there is no weight to it at all. I don't think this decorative chain would hold up to much use at all. The second star is only because they do look pretty at first glance.

What a great price for some really cute "dress up" accessories for your bags and/or boots. They're the perfect length to drape across the front of most medium and large bags, or along the sides. The pearls and chains are fair quality and the clasps are decently strong. I love the idea of draping them behind the ankles of my D*c Mar**n's boots! I have the gold and silver set and I love that there's one of each color...it's adds some cool flair and contrast to what I'm wearing.
