Have to use the nuts the give you which are ugly there’s not enough threads to use the stock nuts , there ok as long as you know you have to use there locknuts

I didn’t want to spend an excessive amount of $ for wheel extenders as I wasn’t sure how wide I wanted to go so I picked these. All in all not tot shabby of a product. The only fault is the hex is just a bit smaller than the stock Traxxas wheel so there is a bit of play in them and the wheel have a little bit of wobble due to the loose fit. I’d recommend them if you’re just looking for something to experiment with.

I would suggest using Loctite and the included washers on the wheel nuts, but on my Trx4 kit, it works just dandy

Using them on my Losi LMT to use my black mambas on custom crushlock rims as they only use a 12mm hub and not the standard 17mm. No issues.

I'm trying to do a 17mm hex conversion on an Associated MGT. my shafts are 6mm. Original hexes are 14mm. All I can find is 12mm - 17mm hex adapters. So I got these and HobbyParks adapters.

Had to file 1mm off of the bearing side to get it to seat properly on arrma 3s stub shafts, but after that was done it fit on perfectly and gave me the tiny extra bit of room I needed for my wheels to clear the steering linkage. Tight fit, no play or wobble, works great!

The product is fine. It would be nice if they would tell you that your tires won’t bolt up after you install these! Basically useless unless you get extended wheel nuts!
