It was easy to install, and it is a very sturdy furniture piece. I use it to store all snacks and heavy bulky Costco products

We put this item together today. First the directions were very easy to follow. After unwrapping all of the pieces, packaged very well, we laid everything out. All pieces were in perfect shape. It took about 3 hours to put it together (my sister doing the bulk of it). We didn’t run into any problems, all the holes lined up. The only minor problem we had was a piece thst goes under tge top, the screws were not long enough and they were not wood screws. This minor problem will be addressed by picking up some longer wood screws. But this is more cosmetic and doesn’t cause any problems. It’s extremely heavy and looks great where we are using it.

Love the color and the over-all design. However, it does have an overall cheap rickety feel to it when you try to move it. If you need to move it, move it carefully with some help. I guess that is normal for the price point. I might add some cross-bracing on the back to help with this. The backboard panels can pop out of place when moving. I’d recommend carefully adding some extra drywall screws on the back like others have done. I wish the drawers were self-closing since they feel cheap when trying to close them. For all of the negative reviews on the gap between the cabinet doors, the last page of the instructions does explain the very simple and easy process to adjust the gap. They should highlight this in the instructions since most people seem to not get that far in the manual. The doors in my cabinet are perfectly aligned now with no gap. Mind the Gap!My build took just over two hours. I recommend building it slowly and very carefully. Keep the cabinet on Styrofoam or something so it does not get scraped on the floor, etc. Do not use a powered screwdriver unless it is a gyroscopic one which I used. They can turn very slowly since you need to screw things in very slowly. But do tighten the camlocks as tight as possible. Also, I needed to get my right-angle screwdriver to lock down a couple of the camlocks located in tight places. A very short, stubby screwdriver would also work.I would recommend not adding the front-facing trim piece just under the top board on the front at the very top. This would also give you more room on the second shelf to take things in and out. Even when installed, it seems easy to get out of place on its own when you bump it and the three screws they provided did not really grab at all. The camlocks for it do keep it in-place but it is easy to get out of alignment when bumping it.Nice piece overall and perfect for what I need it for and also for the price. I would love to eventually find a real version of this item… well-built with real wood. It would be worth the money from a design standpoint alone.

This storage is great for living room or dinning room decor. It's heavy duty so you may need 2 people to help carry it inside, but only 1 to assemble. I'm a female and assembled this on my own with no power tools in 3-4 hours (stopped multiple times) the assembly instructions were very good and detailed and all screws were labeled good. The hardest part was attaching the doors just because the spacing for the screws is awkward but it's most DEFINITELY going to stand the test of time. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

For one, this showed up the earliest out of all things ordered for us, though shipped direct from vendor, not via Amazon. Either way, it was good to see. Laying out of all the parts was easy (everything is identified and easy to locate). And the actual wooden pieces seemed surprisingly sturdy! Assembly is pretty easy solo and did take some time for me (but I also was listening to some loud a** music and practically performing an air instrument concert at the same time, all while being "elevated" so cut me some slack). If you're not used to regularly using a screwdriver, you might blister your hand with all the screwing (come on, keep it PG!)... but if you got a drill, well then, some of your work will be made easy. In some of the later steps, like right before you put the last side piece on and stand it up, you may fair better with a small to medium handled screw driver as the space for your hand and everything can get kind of tight. The instructions are in fact, visual only, but indeed, easy to follow. The one page of the instructions regarding getting the cabinet doors right with the brackets is ever so helpful. I had extra parts when done, but that is also indicated in the parts review page. Perhaps it's an allowance for manufacturer error? Not sure, but this cabinet is great and now serves as our little bistro spot. Better than most things I've put together over the years! DO IT!

Any time you get one of these assembly-required pieces with drawers/doors, the assembly is going to be a bit involved. I tend to vacuum and wipe pieces quite a bit as I take them from the original packaging, due to all the little bits of styrofoam and dust. That was probably the slowest part of the whole process for me. Once I had all the pieces laid out and somewhat clean, assembly wasn't too bad. I don't remember getting stuck at any spot, so I think the directions were decent enough. There were just a lot of parts, so assembly took a while. The door hinges can be adjusted a bit, which is nice. The drawer felt sturdy enough for something in this price range. Once fully assembled, the cabinet felt pretty solid. I think this used engineered wood instead of MDF, which I think helped in that regard. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I think it's functional, feels sturdy, and looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of the pieces forming Xs on the side, but it's not too crazy. I would have preferred solid walls/panels.
