Now that they have included AI on everything with my not choosing to use it, prevents me from editing printing creating PDFs signing everything you should be able to do prior to AI it just pops up everywhere. Not to mention most of my files from my Google Drive my documents none of them transferred over none about to return wish I could return a printer with it

I was looking for a new laptop and tablet. I found this HP product. The cost was reasonable. The weight is light where it can travel with me. I will use it for creating content as well. Glad I was able to find it!

No disk drive, tablet permanently attached, honestly not thrilled but it works well enough. Probably won't purchase it or recommend it. There are PLENTY of similar items on Amazon that I would prefer to have purchased. Good Chromebook for the price, but it was purchased for someone who is totally and permanently disabled. Needed a removable tablet and to weigh about 2 pounds less.... And no disc drive. Probably great for unencumbered people, not great for the disabled.....

Ordered 2. Everything was great the first night. The second night one charger stopped working. No big deal except I can't get ahold of anyone to send me a replacement. Poor, convoluted customer service isn't a good look
