For a refurbished product this is excellent! Easy to setup and the graphics are excellent. The size of this machine is perfect! It is small and you can't even hear it run.

Great little PC. Computer was in good condition. Bluetooth was dropping out randomly, they took care of the problem right away. It was exactly as advertised, and honestly the best bang for the buck for 32gb of ram, SSD, and win 11 pro. It's quiet and I've been using it for remote work.

Item was sold in "excellent" condition but showed up with huge craters in the exterior. The computer was also covered in dirt/filth especially in the display and USB ports meaning that this computer was never cleaned or refurbished whatsoever.

Fast boots up in 11 seconds true 1tb NMVE with 32 gb of ram handles up to 3 monitors I I one hdmi and two dpi ports only con was I asked before I bought if WiFi and Bluetooth was internal and was told yes. Well that was a lie came w a usb dongle not a big deal just don’t like being lied to! Bought a WiFi Bluetooth card for $16.00 works like I want it to! Good and quiet machine has windows 11 pro! It’s my favorite out of all my computers I own !4 stars because of extra16 dollars after asking and being told different which I would have paid an extra 16 dollars to have them install or even say no it’s not an internal card.
